Jackie Bonner

Head of C&I, Production and Event Management Jackie has over 8 year’s experience of recruiting within the Events Industry and established JB Event Recruitment in 2002. Prior to event recruitment, Jackie specialised within the hotel industry for four to five star properties before moving into the Conference and Incentive Agency sector, where she spent over ten years specialising in logistic and sales roles.

RACHEL FRYER
Head of Venues & Hotels

Rachel Fryer

Rachel oversees the Hotel and Venue positions as well as some Event Management roles. She has worked with JB Event Recruitment for the past 2 years, where she has focussed on developing systems to enhance the overall service provided. Her hands-on experience within Event & Hotel Management, Tourism and Sales & Marketing ensures that you will receive the highest level of consultancy at all times.

HELEN PETTER
Senior Account Manager – Agency

Helen Pettet

After 6 years as an Account Manager for World Events and prior to that, 5 years at Business Pursuits (part of the Concerto Group) Helen Pettet has joined JB Event Recruitment. Helen will be responsible for all Agency positions and she brings with her a wealth of experience, from both the Pharma and Corporate sectors, as well as a thorough understanding of the Events Industry.

KAYLEIGH DOWNES
Team Administrator

Kayleigh Downes

Kayleigh joined the team earlier this year, after having worked in a recruitment agency based in Colchester town centre. She has just completed her NVQ in Business and Administration which she passed with flying colours. She is now looking at starting a new NVQ in Customer Service.

ANDREW COY
Head of Hospitality, Food & Beverage

Andrew is responsible for the Hospitality, Banqueting and Food & Beverage positions, both in the UK and Internationally. He has a vast amount of industry knowledge and worked within the ‘Five Star’ Catering Industry for over forty years. His previous jobs have included working at The Grosvenor House, Café Royal, Savoy and Ritz. Andrew trained at the Westminster Hotel School.
