A creative communications event agency are looking for an experienced Account Director to take ownership, develop and ensure strategic implementation of senior leadership and C-Suite relationship management.  You will be working with global brands (non pharma) developing client growth and retention strategy.

You must have a strong sales drive and client relationship focus track record – ensuring delivery of SLA’s/KPI’s across the portfolio.

Ensuring profit maximization on call client projects.

You will develop, mentor/coach all line direct reports and provide leadership and motivation within your team.

You will be working alongside all internal teams including production, technology, operations, content/strategy and digital.
