A global communications agency based in the Midlands is looking for a Junior Production Manager to join their busy team. You will be working on automotive events both in the UK and internationally. The role will be to support the Production Managers – working within a team. This will be a very hands on role and you will working in all areas of production and technical management including construction, automation, AV, transport and logistics, H&S and scheduling.
You will be responsible for supplier negotiation, costings, coordination of logistics, working with creative production teams to develop solutions for live events, liaising with venues, carry out site visits and developing relationships with suppliers.
You must already have basic understanding of technical staging, AV and construction process.
Ideally you will have a basic understanding of Vectorworks/AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and full UK driving licence.
This would be an ideal role for someone working within a production company, venue or theatre looking to move into events.
